SITE VISIT DATA
MMF makes a record of your visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes. The user’s server address, the user’s top level domain name (e.g. .com, .gov, .au, .uk etc.), the date and time of the visit to the site, the pages accessed and documents downloaded, and the type of browser used.
No attempt will be made to identify users or their browsing activities except, in the unlikely event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the Internet service provider’s logs.
MMF will only record your e-mail address if you send us a message. It will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to a mailing list. We will not use your e-mail address for any other purpose, and will not disclose it without your consent.
Please note that when you contact MMF via e-mail the content of your e-mail as it is transferred across the Internet may not be secure. If you have a concern about the security of your message you are advised to contact MMF directly by telephone, facsimile or post.
If you complete the pre-application form the user is required to provide some personal and financial details. This information will be used by MMF to help tailor the best financial services for the user . This information will not be passed on to other individuals or organisations or used for any other purpose. The exception to this is in the unlikely event that a law enforcement agency exercises a warrant to inspect the data sent via the pre-application form.
